HALLOWEEK is in its 5th year and this one is shaping up nicely... Years ago, in order to celebrate the most Richmond holiday of them all, we created -- RVA's HALLOWEEK --- because one night isn't enough Halloween, and who wants to wait?
Let's get dressed up! Let's get stoopid! You know what we mean? Let's start the party a week early and do it up BIG with all of our friends.
